Exterior
CASEY RUTHERFORD • BETWEEN WHITE HOUSES
Nothing screams southern farmhouse quite like a wrap around porch, and I knew once I saw this elevation that this plan was for us. My husband and kids love playing golf in the yard, and the my son's favorite past time is camping out by the window every morning watching for deer in the woods behind our home.
I wanted the exterior to be a combination of a traditional southern home and a modern farmhouse, and I think we achieved that goal by keeping the colors soft and adding the wrap around porch. Swing by sometime lets rock on the front porch! I've got a glass of wine with your name on it!

Living Room
CASEY RUTHERFORD • BETWEEN WHITE HOUSES
Living room goal: bright and breezy, yet comfortable and functional for a family with 3 kids under the age of four. We paired the shiplap accent wall with a brick fireplace for warmth. Slipcovered sofas gave the neutral look I was going for, while allowing for a seasonal trip to the washing machine, because, #kids. The icing on the cake in this space is the FrameTv. This allowed me to have the a decorative focal point, while allowing us to still use this space as our main TV watching area.
Keeping Room
CASEY RUTHERFORD • BETWEEN WHITE HOUSES
Our keeping room is my favorite room in our home. It is right off of our kitchen and living room, and it is a multi-purpose room for us. My kids love to spread their legos across the floor while I feed the baby in my chair. I love the shiplap walls and the accent fireplace.
